Shustoke Barn Wedding Photography – Laura & Adam’s Stunning November Day

Shustoke Barn wedding photography is always a dream — warm brickwork, soft lighting, and so much character. Laura & Adam’s November wedding was no exception. Their day, set in the heart of Warwickshire, was full of love, laughter, and gorgeous golden light.

And this one was extra special for me. I went to school with Laura’s brother, Mully, and my best friend Fanni is married to him — it felt like photographing friends.

Bridal Prep with Eddie and the Girls

I arrived mid-morning to capture the final touches. Laura’s stunning dress was hanging in the conservatory, being watched over by Eddie the dog (very proudly, I might add). Her bouquet from The Lanes Lifestyle featured creams, whites, and deep reds — perfectly seasonal and beautifully styled.

There was a calm, excited buzz in the air. The kind of energy that makes bridal prep one of my favourite things to photograph.

Capturing the Day on Photo and Film

I was joined by the incredibly talented Bronte from TinBox Memories Videography, who filmed the day beautifully. If you’re planning a wedding and want a videographer, definitely check her out – she’s fab to work with and her films are full of feeling.

A Rainy Start and a Golden Finish

The day began with rain. The kind that makes you reach for a brolly and cross your fingers. But we didn’t mind — it added to the cosy vibe at Laura’s house. And the best bit? The rain gave way to the most beautiful golden hour later in the day. The light was soft, glowing, and perfect for romantic portraits outside.

Ceremony Moments and Ring Duty

At Shustoke Barn, the ceremony space looked incredible — candlelit and full of warmth. Laura & Adam stood hand in hand, surrounded by their loved ones.

But the most heart-melting moment? Their son, Harley, was the ring bearer. He walked the rings down the aisle and stood between his mum and dad as they exchanged vows. It was emotional, personal, and such a special thing to witness.

Why I Love Shustoke Barn Wedding Photography

Shustoke Barn is a venue full of character – its exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and huge windows offer a dream setting for natural wedding photography. It’s one of my favourite venues for relaxed storytelling, with plenty of space for golden hour portraits and cosy indoor shots too.

If you’re planning your own Shustoke Barn wedding, get in touch with me here, or learn more about my photography style and packages. Laura and Adam booked me for the whole day, and I loved documenting every second.
