Sarah & James
The date was the 19th March 2022 and it was a beautiful spring day. The sun was shinning, the birds were singing and two very wonderful people were about to say “I DO”.
Sarah and James had a such a lovely day at Dodmoor house, surrounded by their nearest and dearest and I am so happy I was part of their day. I don’t think I have ever seen a groom so over the moon to be marrying the woman of his dreams (you will see what I mean when you see the photos), it was a joy to capture. I arrived at Dodmoor house to capture those wonderful moments of the bride and her squad getting ready. I love arriving in the morning, you can feel the excitement. Sarah’s dress was stunning and it was definitely made for her, she looked so beautiful. The flowers were my FAVOURITE colour, perfect for a spring wedding… well I think so anyway… I don’t really know much about flowers!!!
Anyway, back to the wonderful wedding day. It was my first ever time shooting at Dodmoor house, and I have got to say. I flipping loved it. The staff were soooo wonderful and friendly, they even sent me out so much information regarding the wedding about a week before, it was incredible. It looked stunning, they had done such an amazing job setting up the room, the food was yum and it was perfect from start to finish. If you are looking for an inclusive barn style wedding venue, with great staff and food, with lovely ground, then this one might be for you!
I have been so lucky with all my couples, that they loved ones have always been so warm and welcoming and it was the same with this wonderful bunch. They all had a fab day celebrating Sarah and James become husband and wife and here is there day.
