Charlie & Liam's Hothorpe Wedding

Well… where do I even begin with Charlie & Liam’s Hothorpe Wedding? From start to finish, their day was pure joy, full of colour, fun, and love! On the 10th of September 2022, I arrived at the stunning Hothorpe Hall and Woodlands to join Charlie and her amazing bridal squad as they got ready for the big day.

It was extra special for me because I got to see Holly again—she was a bridesmaid at my big 2020 wedding and is one of my 2023 brides too! Being part of these journeys with my couples is such a highlight of what I do. You can read more about Holly and Adam’s wedding at Dodford Manor here.

Holly had a great time with the steamer

Every wedding morning needs one chaos moment, right? Holly definitely won that title with the steamer—it was like a scene from a comedy sketch, but we got there in the end!

How amazing is the reaction from Charlie's squad?!

The energy in the room was incredible. Charlie looked stunning and her squad’s reaction said it all—tears, laughter, and lots of love.

Holly and Charlie having one more drink before heading off!

Just before heading to the ceremony, the girls shared one final drink—such a sweet moment full of nerves and excitement.

How cute does Roxy look?

Charlie & Liam’s fur baby, Roxy, totally stole the show in her special wedding-day lead. I’m a big fan of pets at weddings, and Roxy was the perfect little guest!

Hothorpe Hall and Woodlands is such a beautiful setting to get married

This venue is honestly a dream. Surrounded by trees and full of natural light, Hothorpe Hall and Woodlands offers the perfect backdrop for any wedding.

What a beautiful family

You could just feel the love all day long. Charlie, Liam, and little Roxy make such a beautiful family.

How awesome are the group photos?! Such an amazing bunch of people!

Their guests were so up for a laugh—fun, relaxed, and absolutely bringing the vibes. It made for some brilliant group shots!

This cake was absolutely delicious

I can confirm: the cake tasted as good as it looked. A perfect centrepiece that didn’t last long once the dancing started!

The Guests all loving the garden games!

From giant Jenga to bean bag toss, the lawn games were a big hit. Guests of all ages got involved, adding even more fun to an already joyful day.

As you can see, Charlie & Liam’s Hothorpe Wedding was one to remember. It was colourful, relaxed, and full of personal touches—just my kind of day. I’m so grateful to have been a part of it and to capture all the laughter, hugs, and confetti moments.
