On the 26th of March, I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Becky & Steve’s gorgeous wedding day at the Charlecote Pheasant Hotel – and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect for a day of fun relaxed wedding photography. Sunshine, happy faces, a beautiful setting, and the best bit… dogs! Not just one, but three fur babies came along for the celebrations, all wearing the cutest little bandanas. Total heart-melters!
There’s something so special about a day where everyone feels totally at ease – no pressure, no fuss – just natural moments and genuine joy. That’s exactly what Becky & Steve’s wedding was all about. Their guests were full of smiles, and the entire vibe was fun, easy-going, and full of love.
From the start of the day, there was such an infectious buzz in the air. Everyone was chatting, laughing, and soaking up the sunshine. The outdoor space at Charlecote Pheasant Hotel is just stunning in spring, and it made for the perfect backdrop for those real, in-the-moment photos I love to capture.
And let’s not forget one of my favourite moments of the day – a big squishy hug from Kelly at Twinkles and Tiaras. She’s one of my all-time favourite wedding suppliers and always brings the sparkle (and the sass!).
What I loved most about this wedding was how personal it felt. Becky & Steve clearly just wanted a day that reflected them, and that’s what made it so special. The laughs, the little looks between them, the tail wags from their pups – it was all just effortlessly lovely.
